When you place an order we will estimate a delivery time to you by email generally within 24 hours of the order, based on the items you have purchased and their destination. Deliveries will be sent by TNT
You will be notified by email the day before so you can organise a person to take receipt of your parcel.
There are two delivery address boxes at the checkout, the first must be the cardholder's address where the credit card is registered and the second can be used if you would like your parcel delivered to an alternative address.
Payments by cheque must be cleared prior to despatch, these can be delivered to a different address if required.

DELAY TO ORDERS
If there is a delay to your order you will be emailed with the option to cancel and receive a full refund if you decide to cancel.
You will be informed by email when your order has been shipped. If you wish to check the current status of your order click here and enter the order ID and the email you used when you orders
We guarantee satisfaction. If you are not delighted with your purchase you can return the item/s within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the event of any complaint, first notify us as quickly as possible by email using our contact form, quoting your order ID and stating the problem. If your purchase has been damaged or is incorrect, item/s should be returned using insured post for replacement or refund. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if it is our error. This does not affect your statutory rights.
